Following their best placement in what is now the flagship competition for the Offensive Security specialty on the Cyber Warriors in 2022 with a wildcard placement to the CPTC Global Finals, the Cyber Warriors had high hopes going into this year, building off of the lessons learned in this Penetration Testing-Style competition.
The Cyber Warriors finished with the highest score in the team’s history taking the win at the Great Lakes regional event over Rochester Insititute of Technology and Depaul University. This placement means the team clinches a position at the Global Finals to be held in January 2024, and solidifying the Cyber Warriors as a top 8 team Globally in Offensive Security.
